I ran yahoo anti spyware and not remove Radmin 2.2, I did not intentionally install this program and so far all attempts at removal is trivial. Tried Super Anti spywrae, AVG Anti Virus, Spyware Blaster and Spybot Search and Destroy. None of these even found. Thanks you have tried the Control Panel Add / Remove anything not listed. Only displayed on combating spyware Yahoo for some reason. Tried solution Jon J with the 10 steps and does not work.
