I bought BitDefender AV 2009, said a former anti-virus prog. still exists or has been uninstalled. Now, hang on this msg.point and will not install. No response by e-mail, not one, but Robo voice help line, live chat unanswered. I emailed about a refund and no secondary response. I AV trial Kasperskey and finally got rid of the virus, I think it was downloadup "" / Conficer goin around. See very strong! All sites were blocked after the entry of certain strings / nothing to do w / antivirus. must disable the system restore, download a patch from Microsoft to use a virus removal tool, run KAV (I recommend) on each PC that partof Shuting down after each scan, running Max and again in Scan mode. Anyone using this software Crapy AV "Bitdefender av2009?
I heard that BitDefender was one of the best, but should only have an antivirus program installed on your computer. I was advised to stay clear of security suites for either of them.
