McAfee Antivirus AOL?
I used old aol antivirus suite for an extended period. However, recently I uninstalled to try to get its new AOL Mcafee Virus Scan Plus "software, but I can not download it. I put in my username and try to download, but finding a page that says: Sorry! We can not complete registration of their product at this time. Sad for the inconvenience. Check back to complete your registration http://safety.aol.com McAfee ® Security Center – Special Edition AOL. Thank you. I really want this software, I'm sick of having to start a firewall, an anti-spyware and anti-virus programs 2 just to get adequate protection. Could also add repeatadly tried to do for 2 days, and the result was always the same.
You are very lucky. This software (Norton) is absolutely useless in the real world. Of course, you will find virii – but they suck your PC performance – in conflict with other applications, to act erratically and possibly blue screen of death. PS – never a good idea to run more than one anti-virus, Too many conflicts – and if you go to install and http://mybranding.info/googlepack.php spyware doctor free, that will run in the background and just be sensible – even AVG – uses almost no resources and who do not see when he does something (update, scan and murder of a virus) and you can even be programmed to scan when you are in bed.
