My computer seems to have infected with spyware. I do not want to format. Please help. : (?
There are always two pop-ups one saying that my computer is infected and the other saying Worm.Win32.Netsky another attempt of the Internet has been detected in box Windows security alert. In addition, three new icons (cleaner Error, privacy protector and spyware protection and malwore) appeared on my desktop and I can remove. Even if I delete them, they're always there when restart my com. Please help. I "am really frustrated by that.: (
I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware two spyware murderers for years. All are free for personal use and had no problems with viruses trojans, etc AVG system speed is not as much as some other products and Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall.
