How do I remove spyware or adware under my ??…? Internet Explorer

I have used at least 6-8 different spyware and Advertising (Avast prof., Superspyware, Ad-Aware-07, CCleaner, Internet draft without a trace, and others ..) and none withdrew from the program override problem in Internet Explorer … besides my boot process takes about 5-10 minutes to boot … I try to manually delete the Internet options, but they come back … any help
Unfortunately, your browser has been hijacked and is almost impossible to get rid of the damn parasite unless format. So save your hard disk and insert the boot disk. It will give the format option, which as you know clean the hard drive, but is their only option at this point. Once done, download a good anti-spyware. Be sure to keep updated and also ensure that Windows Update your software works properly.
