spyware for mac review

Hello, I just recently started using a Mac yesterday and I want to know ….?
1.) If there is a free firewall and anti-spyware I should obtain, Mac does not come with its own, right? 2.) If the program Parallels Desktop is useful, I read the comments, but I'm still not convinced. 3.) If you must use a USB or FireWire to transfer files from my old PC. Sorry if some of these questions have obvious answers, I do not use my computer for much more than word processing, Internet access, research, etc. as Mac has superior capabilities in processing, memory, and is generally easier to use, in addition, Windows Vista on all windows, all that is said. In addition, the airport was built in iSight, since auto-update, I think it is generally superior to get a computer Windows and the purchase and reinstall XP ….
OSX has a built-in firewall. Go to System Preferences, click Sharing, and you can configure the server security there. As far as turning Other operating systems Windows or go, Parallels is an option. You can also use the included utility to install Windows on Bootcamp your Mac to allow Windows to run as if it's just another PC (which is what the Mac is really, because it is built with Windows PC hardware and Intel CPU). As transferring files to go, you have many ways to do this – in a network using a USB hard drive external, etc. Personally, I prefer to connect a PC and a Mac to a router and transfer files via Ethernet. Hope this helps.
