How do I get rid of spyware / adware FOREVER!?

I tried everything to try: Malware bytes Anti-Malware, Spybot Search destroy, AVG Anti-spyware, Windows Defender … I've tried everything and yet still refuses to disappear, how to solve this problem? (PLZ HELP ME !!!!)
